Waverley Pillsbury is a character in the Canadian Boys in-universe documentary/drama TV series A Nova Scotian Way of Life.

Biology[]

Waverley is a 33-year-old man of White English Canadian heritage. He has brown hair and light blue eyes. He wears a sky-blue collared polo shirt with pockets, a cerulean-blue skort over a pair of bright azure trousers with the hems usually rolled up, and a pair of black gumboots.

Waverley works as a volunteer water rescuer for his local coastguard, so he wears a golden badge like those worn by firefighters or police officers on his left arm. This is the reason he wears gumboots and his trouser hems are nearly always seen rolled up, so they don't get soaked with water.

Personality[]

As is required for a job of life-saving nature, Waverley has very quick reaction times and reflexes, which help him and his colleagues in getting to the scene of a crisis at sea as soon as possible.

Outside of his volunteering work for the coastguard, Waverley shows his charisma and outreaching nature at fundraising fairs and events, where he attracts appeals for the coastguard's charity from generous donors, like the young Tatamagouche.
