Riverport Matthews is a new character in Canadian Boys.
Biology[]
Riverport is a man aged over 80 of White English Canadian heritage. He has grizzled grey hair with a beard, and light bluish-grey eyes. In his youth, he had pale blond hair, no beard, and dark blue eyes.
Being a (former) sea captain and fisherman, Riverport wears a nautical uniform, with a cobalt-blue jacket over yellow overalls and a navy-blue long-sleeved collared shirt. He also wears light stonewashed denim trousers, a pair of black fishermen's gumboots, and a captain's cap with an anchor motif on the front.
Personality[]
Riverport is a born sailor. His many adventures out on the high seas have steeled him against adversity and extreme conditions, and he is not easily broken. He loves telling terrific tales of his seafaring and fishing feats, usually while sitting in his rocking chair and taking relaxed puffs from his trusty old captain's pipe. He tends to snore very loudly while he is sleeping, which is quite a lot of the time due to his old age.
